Process work & Psycho-logical-Kinesiology

To help you to find back your strength and your potentials, I mainly use a combination of Psycho-logical-Kinesiology and Process work (personality development).

Kinesiology helps us to find causes and connections of problems, so we can solve them afterwards.

Who are you really? What is you passion, your mission?

In process work, you will learn how to stop restrictive reactions and behavior, re-think old sets of beliefs and recognize the entanglements in your system.

You will learn how to feel the changes yourself and to keep them going to completely avoid or minimize the risk of falling back into old stress or behavior patterns.

The difference to psychotherapy is that we will not only talk about your themes, but also change them or learn new ways of dealing with situations or feelings.
